P3 conducts qualitative research that authentically engages diverse stakeholders to inform new programs, strategies, and planning initiatives.

P3’s experienced team offers benchmarking, local and national scans, data and literature analysis, focus group design and facilitation, and key informant interviews. We synthesize findings and present recommendations that help our clients move confidently into strategic action. Through impactful facilitation strategies, we create the space for stakeholders and partners to develop ownership of the process and solutions.

Project Highlights

Associated Bank

By engaging diverse audiences in a tailored discovery process, we partnered with Associated Bank to examine the needs of under-represented communities and inform the design of a new consumer product targeted at millennials and the underbanked. Our qualitative research and analysis process, unearthed key insights that allowed our client to make critical decisions about product launch.

Rockwell Automation

P3 worked with Rockwell’s Diversity & Inclusion team to inform a discovery process addressing current challenges with recruitment, retention, development and advancement of Black and African American talent at all professional levels. P3 analyzed internal focus group session data and presented key findings, insights and recommendations to help build a more inclusive talent pipeline.

Region of Choice

P3 led the largest workplace diversity research study ever conducted in the Milwaukee region. The study aimed to support the goal of making Milwaukee a region of choice for diverse talent by increasing the diversity in area companies and public entities. Data collected through surveys, focus groups and executive interviews brought to light diverse perspectives on working and living in Milwaukee.

City of Milwaukee

P3 conducted a holistic review of the current inclusion goals and practices of the City of Milwaukee, including the Office of Small Business Development Certification Program and the Resident Participation Program (RPP). The P3 team interviewed key stakeholders, reviewed the legal framework, identified national best practices, and recommended actions to help the City of Milwaukee achieve its inclusion goals.
